Activity description

Body practice sessions to reconnect with oneself. The aim is to bring about
physical well-being and mental calm. It involves developing awareness :

from the feel of the body
(e.g. ground support, weight, extension, expansion, flexion) ;
body in space
(e.g. verticality, horizontality, directions);
the link between breath, body and mind
(e.g. the effect of exhalation on the mind).

The approach is based on the principles of Iyengar yoga.
