Description
Teachers were invited to share a moment of reflection about the need to stop and clear the mind. The school psychologist shared interesting strategies / activities to learn how to listen /read to our body and mind and how to clear the mind when a break is needed, which is an important way to stay healthy.

After this moment of exercise and share, teachers could notice if they can or can’t stop to clear their mind or if they have the need of keep on using the shared strategies in the session, leading to think more about self knowledge.
