Description
Having previously established the 3rd Mobility program among all those responsible for the project, the activity took place, as planned, in the auditorium of the Fafe Town Hall.
The participants traveled from the Secondary School to the Town Hall on foot, which allowed them to see a little of the city center of Fafe.
In the Auditorium, the Councilor for Education, Dr. Paula Nogueira, welcomed the students, praising the values of the European Union, highlighting the importance of this type of project, in order to help form more responsible European citizens.
The Mayor, Dr. Antero Barbosa thanked the commitment of the students, teachers and schools participating in the project, referring to the role that emigration has in Fafe in the past, in the present and in the future. Concluding his speech, he praised the quality of life and potential of the municipality of Fafe.
At the end of this reception, students received an “Erasmus kit” with all the useful information about the municipality of Fafe.
